One Summerlin is a multi-use office and retail building at the heart of downtown. Westview designed and provided a control system for this LEED certified building, that keeps green initiatives in mind while simultaneously allowing for dynamic control of the direct view linear fixtures throughout the space. After the initial installation, Westview has continued its partnership with this venue, providing regular fixture maintenance, and specialty lighting programing to create dynamic looks for events and holidays.
